we get it, sometimes things just aren’t a match. no worries.
you’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. to qualify, the item needs to be in the same condition you got it in - unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging. oh, and hang onto that receipt or proof of purchase.
📦 how to start a return
just email us at support@innersupplements.co.uk with your order info. once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and all the info you need to send it back.
important: please don’t send anything back without contacting us first, we won’t be able to accept it if it just shows up out of nowhere.
🛠️ damaged or wrong items
if your order arrives damaged, defective, or just totally not what you ordered, hit us up straight away so we can sort it fast.
🚫 non-returnable stuff
we can’t accept returns on perishable goods, anything custom or personalised, beauty/personal care items, or stuff that’s flammable or hazardous.
🔁 exchanges
want something else instead? the fastest move is to return your item, then place a new order once we’ve processed the refund.
eu customers - 14-day cooling off
if you're in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no explanation needed. same deal - item must be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
💳 refunds
once your return gets back to us and we’ve checked it out, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. if yes, the refund will go back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
