we accept secure payments through platforms like Wix Payments, Klarna, PayPal. your card or bank will be charged at checkout.
if your payment doesn’t go through, the order won’t either.
🚚 shipping + delivery
we ship from the UK and try to dispatch your goodies quickly. shipping times and fees are shown at checkout. once it’s out of our hands, we’re all at the mercy of couriers, but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong. if the address you entered is wrong, or the parcel gets returned to us, we may ask you to cover redelivery.
🔄 returns + refunds
we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order arrives. to qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
